Glide is a San Francisco-based, nationally recognized center for social justice, dedicated to fighting systemic injustices, creating pathways out of poverty and crisis, and transforming lives. Among its many programs, Glide offers services to support people who use drugs, including overdose prevention services, syringe exchange services, and low-threshold access to medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD). In 2025, Glide sought to develop a new contingency management program for clients engaging in substance use treatment.
Glide hired Facente Consulting to support the development and evaluation of a comprehensive contingency management program that centers participants. Facente Consulting will collaborate with Glide leadership to develop a comprehensive plan for implementing the new contingency management program, including intake and assessment protocols, an incentives structure, and delineation of participant-defined goals and program workflows. Facente Consulting will also support Glide in designing an evaluation plan and evaluation tools to assess contingency management program impact and identify opportunities for ongoing quality improvement.
