AO Foundation


The AO Foundation (Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Osteosynthesefragen; German for "Association for the Study of Internal Fixation") is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the care of people with musculoskeletal injuries and their sequelae through research, development, education and quality assurance in the principles, practice, and result of fracture treatment.

The AO Foundation hired Facente Consulting to analyze qualitative transcripts from interviews with 92 cranio-maxillofacial surgeons worldwide, and summarize findings around training needs in multiple formats to guide future work.
