Strategic Planning for LGBTQ+ Seniors

Openhouse hired Facente Consulting to lead a strategic planning process designed to shift the organization's emphasis toward LGBTQ+ seniors who have been forced to demonstrate the greatest resilience in the face of longstanding structural and individual racism, classism, homophobia, and/or transphobia.
