In 2019, the Hospital Council of Northern and Central California contracted with Facente Consulting to provide strategic and project management support to guide the San Francisco Health Improvement Partnership (SFHIP) in developing, implementing, and evaluating its annual priorities and activities.
Facente Consulting developed and implemented standard tools and processes that promote communication, decision-making, and consensus-building for this collective impact initiative. This was achieved by designing stategic meetings and presentations to advance SFHIP’s key priorities; creating mechanisms to track SFHIP’s action items and decision-making processes; and developing a structured orientation for new members. Rather than making decisions on behalf of the client, Facente Consulting provided comprehensive and inclusive facilitation to help SFHIP drive their own process, and helped them to create the framework and foundation that will allow them to achieve their goals in years to come.
