Petersen HIV Clinics, based at the University of Arizona’s academic medical center, created their first-ever strategic plan in 2022 with Facente Consulting’s support. Petersen HIV Clinics then used the strategic plan to guide their work for the three subsequent years, resulting in successful implementation of their strategic priorities and notable program impact.
In 2025, Petersen HIV Clinics reached out to Facente Consulting to support another round of strategic planning that would build upon and sustain the momentum from the previous strategic plan. Facente Consulting will facilitate a hybrid strategic planning process that reviews the work that Petersen HIV Clinics has done to date, reflect upon what has worked well and where the clinic may want to adapt, and ultimately develop a strategic plan to shape their work for the next three years.
