Riverside University Health System’s HIV/STD Branch’s team reinvigorated their work with new staff and programs to reach priority populations most at risk for HIV, STIs, and HCV. RUHS needed to capture the evolving protocols and procedures related to their institution’s expanding program and update existing policies to support their work.
Facente Consulting is working with Riverside University Health System to build institutional memory by developing internal policies and procedures for several key areas within the HIV/STD Branch. Once developed, the policies and procedures will be integrated into the onboarding and offboarding process for staff. Program-related information that currently exists will be catalogued and updated as needed.
