Rafiki Coalition for Health and Wellness is launching UMOJA, a Health Access Point, funded by San Francisco Department of Public Health, to bring together experienced partners, local resources, providers, community members, and consumers to inform and generate innovative, creative, Afrocentric, and holistic approaches to addressing the syndemic of HIV, HCV, STIs and related health and social issues within San Francisco’s Black and African American communities,
Facente Consulting is providing program planning, retreat facilitation, and implementation technical assistance to the Rafiki Coalition for this project. We will facilitate virtual and in-person discussions with core Rafiki staff and partner organizations and provide regular technical assistance and tools for work planning and project management.
