Ocha Transformations was contracted to work with the Program Policy Committee of Prosperity Broward, an initiative of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance Foundation that seeks to power prosperity for all by leveraging the county’s booming economy, to develop and implement a participatory process engaging residents and other stakeholders in the City of Lauderdale Lakes. The goal of the process was to identify community strengths, barriers, and recommendations for policies that support pathways toward economic mobility for residents.
Facente Consulting was hired by Ocha to help develop a how-to guide describing the stakeholder engagement process, to support other municipalities seeking to develop similar strategies.
