The Santa Clara County Public Health Department’s Getting To Zero initiative annually facilitates and coordinates a World AIDS Day observance. The county was in search of an external agency to lead the community-wide process of planning, implementing and evaluating their annual World AIDS Day activities.
Santa Clara County reached out to Facente Consulting due to our extensive expertise and effectiveness in community facilitation and project management. Activities include convening a planning committee with key stakeholders from across the county and developing activities that will raise awareness of and spread education on the issue of HIV/AIDS.
