San Francisco has a complex system of care, and providers need to collaborate across many systems to best serve their patients and clients, especially those with complex medical and social needs. With a large workforce of providers, there is a need to develop a more effective and streamlined onboarding process to orient people in the drug user health and sexual health fields to the systems of care.
Facente Consulting is conceptualizing and designing a system of care conference and related training opportunities for providers in the fields of drug user health and sexual health in San Francisco. Facente Consulting will work closely with the End the Epidemics Steering Committee and SFDPH to conduct a needs assessment and community engagement process to inform the structure and content of the conference, which will be held annually.
