Cavity Free SF is a multi-sector collaborative that coordinates citywide efforts to help all San Francisco children to be cavity-free and healthy. In 2025, Cavity Free SF hired Facente Consulting to guide its strategic planning process, with a focus on addressing persistent local disparities in oral health care outcomes.
In this strategic planning process, Facente Consulting conducted background research on Cavity Free SF, facilitated a series of strategic planning meetings to help Cavity Free SF identify strategic priorities and related metrics for 2026-2029, and developed a final strategic plan and communication strategy to guide Cavity Free SF’s next steps. Facente Consulting was additionally brought on to support implenmentation action planning, develop an evaluation plan and create visual assests for use by members.
