The Behavioral Health Services division of the San Francisco Department of Public Health provides equitable, effective substance use and mental health care and promote behavioral health and wellness. We serve all San Franciscans (children, youth, and adults) who are experiencing mental health and substance use challenges and have low incomes, are uninsured, and/or qualify for Medi-Cal.
