The HIV, STD and Hepatitis Branch of San Diego County’s Public Health Services works to improve health outcomes in communities disproportionately impacted by HIV and STDs. In 2024, the HIV, STD and Hepatitis Branch hired Facente Consulting to guide development of an evaluation plan and data protocol to strengthen the impact of their programs and support continuous quality improvement.
Facente Consulting is collaborating with the HIV, STD and Hepatitis Branch and the San Diego State University Institute of Public Health (a County partner) to develop the evaluation plan and data protocol over a six-month period. Facente Consulting will work closely with the County and the Institute to: (i) review and discuss current evaluation activities, (ii) guide evaluation plan design, (iii) develop meaningful metrics, and (iv) create a data protocol.
