Project Inform’s Director of Federal and State Affairs was interested in convening a summit to focus on the opioid crisis and related public health issues in the rural northern counties of California. The objectives of the summit were to encourage providers in the region to share best practices, network, and make recommendations about how to respond to the opioid crisis.
Facente Consulting was responsible for leading the development of the concept and agenda, planning logistics, and facilitating the two-day summit in Santa Rosa, which was attended by more than 100 people. The summit was recorded and edited into a package for participants by a subcontractor arranged by Facente Consulting.
