The Rafiki Coalition, in a period of transition, was looking for assistance stabilizing the agency while they focused on reorganization and staffing processes. Facente Consulting was brought on to provide program management of 11 contracts and work with internal hiring teams, in close coordination with the agency’s executive director.
Facente Consulting developed milestones for each of the 11 contracts, created a list of activities and tasks to accomplish each milestone, and created a timeline to complete each activity or task. Additionally, we anticipated areas of future need and developed strategic plans to address them (e.g., hiring solutions, contract adjustments). We also worked with internal hiring teams to develop and format interview questions with scoring logic and assisted with recruiting and scheduling of candidates.
