Remedy Alliance Theory of Change

Project Years: 2025-2026

Remedy Alliance for the People helps harm reduction programs access low-cost naloxone—a critical, life-saving overdose reversal agent—for distribution in their communities. Their organization’s multifaceted approach, which involves distribution of low-cost naloxone, providing technical assistance to harm reduction programs around naloxone distribution, and conducting and publishing research on evidence-based harm reduction practices, recognizes the layered barriers to naloxone access.

In 2025, Remedy Alliance hired Facente Consulting to support a theory of change process to help them clearly articulate who they are, what they do, and why their work is so important. Facente Consulting will lead Remedy Alliance through a series of facilitated meetings to map out the specific paths through which their activities lead to improved and equitable naloxone access. Facente Consulting will then design an appealing theory of change visual that communicates Remedy Alliance’s core activities and impact to a broader audience.
